UPLOAD ISSUES?
process the order on spinnprint.com without uploading the files- than upload the files through www.yousendit.com- REMINDER-you will receive a order number after you process the order on spinnprint.com- please put that order number on the subject line when uploading the files on www.yousendit.com. u will see it

Turn around time-
We have 3 options for turn around time( turn around time is production speed not transit time)- you can chose from- 2-3 days- 2 days- and 1 day(these options are on the product pages)-any orders in after 12:00pm eastern time in consider next day- thus if you put in a order at 11:30 am eastern time- and chose 1 day production speed- it will ship the follow day, And if you place the order at 1:00 pm eastern time- and chose 1 day production speed(you have missed the cut off)- it will ship in 2 days- Listen- we are flexible- so call if it is after 12:00pm and you need it to ship the following day- we will let you know if we can do it. We are here to help.
Transit Time-
With the ground shipping option during check out- we are set up to ship ground in 2 days in all major cities and suburbs in the US- . Also will convert a ground shipment to USPS 2 DAY for for free if needed to get to you within 2 days. exceptions include: rural areas- Hawaii and Alaska( 2-4 days)- and product that is larger than 8.5 x 11 finished size- thus 11x17 flat and 12x18 and 13x19 sizes are subject to 2- 4 days delivery- in most cases product size will not matter but in large quanities ti becomes a higher possibility. If it small amount we can usualy roll the poster sizes without damaging the intergrity and get it there in 2 days or less. All quality guaranteed. Always call if you have questions.

HOW DO I WORK THE WEBSITE?If you have a file or document that you want on 1 sheet -rather 1 or 2 sided- chose Single Page option
If you have (for instance) 2 or more sheets 1 or 2 sided- than chose Multiple Page-
If You need to process Multiple projects you will see a option to continue shopping- and than go ahead and add to cart you second- and third projects- treat each file as a seperate job ticket- chosing different options for each file.
